PK's Property Market Predictions for 2012
The property market is really starting to hot up now and most price ranges are stabilising. Buyer enquiry has doubled since last year and auction clearance rates have been as high as 68%. If you think spring is going to be flooded with property to look at think again. Agents have been reporting that vendors are still hesitant about putting their properties up for sale in this market and therefore stock levels are low which is pushing prices up. Vendors are also not going to the market because they can't find anything on the market to buy so it's going to be an interesting spring.
