Castle Cove, NSW – 2069
Castle Cove is a suburb on the lower North Shore of Sydney, located 11 kilometres north of the Sydney central business district, in the local government area of the City of Willoughby. Castle Cove is situated on the western side of Middle Harbour which provides spectacular views over the water and surrounding coastline.
History
It is believed that Castle Cove was named after the estate of Henry Willis, a prominent member of the Parliament of New South Wales at the time. Situated on the ridge of Castle Cove, the gothic-style Innisfail Castle in which he once lived, overlooks Sugarloaf Bay and is a landmark that can be seen from various places in the area.

The suburb is home to Castle Cove Park, the Castle Cove Golf Links and Castle Cove Public School. The nearby suburbs of Roseville and Chatswood provide a wealth of shops, restaurants, bars and schools, with the Royal North Shore Hospital less than 8km away.
