Linley Point is a suburb on the lower North Shore of Sydney, located 10 kilometres north-west of the Sydney central business district, in the local government area of the Municipality of Lane Cove.

Linley Point is a peninsula that sits between the northern side of the Lane Cove River and Burns Bay. Views to the Sydney CBD and the Sydney Harbour Bridge with Hunters Hill and St Ignatius’ College, Riverview in the foreground are the area’s primary attraction.

Transport Links

Road access to Linley Point is off Burns Bay Road, with good connections to the Gore Hill Freeway and Pacific Highway.

Shopping and Schools

This small, exclusive residential suburb has recently undergone significant redevelopment, particularly of older houses.
