Whale Beach, NSW – 2107
Whale Beach is a northern beachside suburb of Sydney, located 40 kilometres north of the Sydney central business district, in the local government area of Pittwater Council, in the Northern Beaches region.
History
The area was originally part of land granted to James Napper in 1816. During the 19th century, a few Europeans and Chinese lived at Snapperman Beach catching and drying fish.
