McGrath lower north shore principal Piers van Hamburg engaged local buyer's agent Peter Kelaher of PK Property Mosman to secure him the sale of the palatial property at 34 Bradley's Head Rd, which was listed with Sullivan Real Estate Mosman.
Built in 1901, the renovated Federation home known as “Wilga” showcases a combination of period and modern features, such as marble fireplaces, timber floors, a pool and Peter Fudge designed gardens.
“(I started) in Sydney back in 1997…a lot of people are now using buyer's agents because they just want some independent feedback and someone to negotiate for them. Mr Kelaher said. “The over $5 million market has some great listings coming on, but unfortunately under that price range is still looking like slim pickings.
