FAQ

What Does a Buyer's Advocate Do?

A buyer's advocate, also known as a buyer's agent, represents the interests of property buyers. Unlike real estate agents who work for sellers, a property buyer agent in Moore Park exclusively assists buyers with finding and purchasing properties. Their services include property searches, evaluations, negotiations, bidding at auction on your behalf and support throughout the buying process, ensuring that buyers secure the best property at the best price.

How Do You Access Off-Market Properties?

PK Property has developed an extensive network of industry contacts, allowing us to access off-market properties that are not publicly advertised. Our buyer's agent in Moore Park leverages these relationships to find exclusive listings that provide our clients with a broader range of options. This access to silent sales can be crucial in competitive markets, offering unique opportunities that others might miss. If you are not registered with PK Property for off-market properties, you simply are not seeing everything available for sale.

How Do You Evaluate a Property?

Evaluating a property involves a comprehensive analysis of various factors, including location, condition, market trends, and future potential. Our buyer's advocate in Moore Park conducts thorough inspections and compiles detailed reports to provide an accurate assessment of each property. This rigorous evaluation process ensures that our clients make informed decisions based on reliable data and expert insights.

Can You Help with Financing and Mortgages?

Yes, PK Property assists clients with financing and mortgage arrangements. Our buyer's agents in Moore Park collaborate with a network of trusted financial institutions and mortgage brokers to help secure the best financing options. We provide guidance throughout the application process, ensuring that you receive competitive rates and favourable terms.

What is the Difference Between a Buyer's Advocate & a Real Estate Agent?

The primary difference between a buyer's advocate and a real estate agent lies in their clientele. A Property buyer's advocate in Moore Park works exclusively for buyers, providing services that include property searches, evaluations, negotiations, and purchase assistance. In contrast, real estate agents typically represent sellers and focus on marketing properties to potential buyers. A buyer's advocate ensures that the buyer's interests are prioritised throughout the buying process to get the lowest possible price and the most favourable terms.

Do You Work with International Buyers & Interstate Buyers?

Yes, PK Property offers services to international and interstate buyers looking to purchase property in Moore Park. Our buyer's advocate in Moore Park provides comprehensive support, including video tours, remote consultations, and assistance with legal and financial requirements unique to international transactions. We ensure that our international and interstate clients receive the same high level of service and support as local buyers, facilitating smooth and successful property purchases from abroad.

How Do You Handle Confidentiality and Privacy?

PK Property takes confidentiality and privacy very seriously. We are committed to protecting our clients' privacy throughout the buying process, providing a trustworthy and discreet service that respects your personal and financial details.
