FAQ

What Does a Buyer's Advocate Do?

A buyer's advocate, also known as a buyer's agent, represents the interests of property buyers. Unlike real estate agents who work for sellers, a property buyer agent in Tamarama exclusively assists buyers with finding and purchasing properties. Their services include property searches, evaluations, negotiations, bidding at auction on your behalf and support throughout the buying process, ensuring that buyers secure the best property at the best price.

How Do You Access Off-Market Properties?

PK Property has developed an extensive network of industry contacts, allowing us to access off-market properties that are not publicly advertised. Our buyer's agent in Tamarama leverages these relationships to find exclusive listings that provide our clients with a broader range of options. This access to silent sales can be crucial in competitive markets, offering unique opportunities that others might miss. If you are not registered with PK Property for off-market properties, you simply are not seeing everything available for sale.

How Do You Evaluate a Property?

Evaluating a property involves a comprehensive analysis of various factors, including location, condition, market trends, and future potential. Our buyer's advocate in Tamarama conducts thorough inspections and compiles detailed reports to provide an accurate assessment of each property. This rigorous evaluation process ensures that our clients make informed decisions based on reliable data and expert insights.

Can You Help with Financing and Mortgages?

Yes, PK Property assists clients with financing and mortgage arrangements. Our buyer's agents in Tamarama collaborate with a network of trusted financial institutions and mortgage brokers to help secure the best financing options. We provide guidance throughout the application process, ensuring that you receive competitive rates and favourable terms.

What is the Difference Between a Buyer's Advocate & a Real Estate Agent?

The primary difference between a buyer's advocate and a real estate agent lies in their clientele. A Property buyer's advocate in Tamarama works exclusively for buyers, providing services that include property searches, evaluations, negotiations, and purchase assistance. In contrast, real estate agents typically represent sellers and focus on marketing properties to potential buyers. A buyer's advocate ensures that the buyer's interests are prioritised throughout the buying process to get the lowest possible price and the most favourable terms.

Do You Work with International Buyers & Interstate Buyers?

Yes, PK Property offers services to international and interstate buyers looking to purchase property in Tamarama. Our buyer's advocate in Tamarama provides comprehensive support, including video tours, remote consultations, and assistance with legal and financial requirements unique to international transactions. We ensure that our international and interstate clients receive the same high level of service and support as local buyers, facilitating smooth and successful property purchases from abroad.

How Do You Handle Confidentiality and Privacy?

PK Property takes confidentiality and privacy very seriously. Living in Tamarama

Tamarama is a beachside, Eastern Suburb of Sydney, located 7 kilometres east of the Sydney central business district, in the local government area of Waverley Council. Tamarama is affectionately nicknamed ‘Glamarama’, as it is a beach where Sydney’s beautiful people flock in the summer to be seen.

History

Tamarama became famous in the 1880s when the Bondi Aquarium opened- Sydney’s first coastal amusement park. It became popular with the crowds who flocked to see the seals there and ride on the rollercoaster, until it was destroyed by fire in 1891. The park was rebuilt and named Wonderland City, with elephant rides and a miniature train amongst the attractions. The park closed in 1911 after disputes with locals, and NSW Government reclaimed the area as Tamarama Park.

Transport Links

The area is well served by public transport with buses to Bondi Junction and it’s quick connections to the city by bus or rail.

Shopping and Recreation

Bondi Road provides an eclectic and interesting mix of shops and delicatessens, as well as a selection of kosher food and bakeries. The Bondi to Bronte coastal walks is one of the most popular in the area and passes through the suburb of Tamarama, and both the beach and Tamarama Park offer space to enjoy the outdoors.

Schools

Tamarama is well placed for a selection of schools, including Bondi Beach Primary and Bondi Primary Schools, as well as St Catherines and St Patricks Catholic Schools.
