It was a silent sale and the competition was tough
Dear Peter and Lana,
We are very pleased with the purchase of our new house in Mosman which was found as a silent sale only 2 days after employing your services.
We had been looking for a while previously and did not like any of the homes that we had currently seen on the market listed by the agents in the area. But in a matter of 2 days Lana had sourced the silent sale.
We inspected the home with Lana on Saturday and on Monday Peter had worked very hard at securing the property against another competing buyer that was introduced by another agent.
On Saturday the other buyer had already done their pest and building inspection and were ready to exchange on Monday. With the swift movement of Peter and his staff they were able to organise all due diligence and have the transaction completed.
