Bella Vista, NSW – 2153
Bella Vista is a suburb of north-western Sydney, located 33 kilometres west of the Sydney central business district, in the local government area of the The Hills Shire. Bella Vista is part of the Greater Western Sydney region and the Hills District.
History
Italian for ‘beautiful view’, Bella Vista began life as a farm and homestead, used for farming sheep. Development only really began to occur here in the mid-1990s, when residential and business areas were built.
Transport Links
The area is served by buses and is located near the M2 Motorway, meaning that in non-peak periods the drive into the CBD is around half an hour.
Shopping
There are several shopping complexes here including Norwest Marketplace and Circa Retail. The area is becoming known as the business hub of the Hills District, with many large companies having their headquarters located here.

Nearby Baulkham Hills boasts an extensive range of schools for all ages, abilities and denominations.
