Sydney auction clearance rates steady out as winter is in full force and everyone has escaped for school holidays!

The North Shore and Northern Beaches all averaging 62.0% over the weekend as people start going away for school holidays. Whilst the Inner West coming in at 63.5%.

Slight more consistency in these rates over winter as stock levels steady out and the cream comes off the top.

We are still purchasing great properties for our clients whilst saving them money during negotiations, having purchased 3 properties over the last 3 business days!
