Auction clearance rates are producing solid figures across the market with the overall rate coming in at 62.4% for the weekend. We've also seen the media start to talk it up again, with some properties selling way over reserve.
We predict rates to be up this weekend (Saturday the 13th of April) with pretty much the last chance to auction your property before families leave for school holidays.
With school holidays, Easter, Anzac Day and the upcoming Federal Election - we may not see as many properties hit the market. However, there is still plenty going on behind the scenes 'off market'.
