2020 will be an incredible year in the Sydney Property Market
Well another year in real estate, and what a year it will be. We are starting to get a feel of what sort of stock levels are coming on, it's not absolutely dire, but it's not exactly inspiring.
Agents are reporting an incredible number of buyers through open inspections at present, but they are also saying that they are being a bit picky, thinking that a lot more is going to come on.
I don't think that will actually be the case, so my advice would not to be too picky as the next real run of listings won't come up till the 1st of May 2020.
I've got a good feeling that interest rates will fall again but only if unemployment goes up, and there's no doubt that this will add petrol to the fire in this property market.
Buyers are reporting that underquoting is back again, so their methodology at the moment is to add 20% to the price of everything they see.
Buckle in everyone as it will be a wild ride in 2020 in the property market.

I am tipping that the Sydney Property Market could very well move 10% by Christmas next year.
The only thing that will stop that capital gain is if 30% of new stock was filtering through the market over this time, which in my opinion just won't happen.
