This sort of says it all, the market is good everyone, stock is low and not everyone is on Job Keeper and Job Seeker, or in tourism and hotels.

As restrictions ease, I have noticed a lot more buyers coming into the marketplace and properties are selling very quickly. I have never seen so many off market properties before, vendors still prefer private appointments due to covid-19, and do not feel comfortable entering into expensive marketing campaigns and open inspections.

Buyers understand finance is taking a lot longer at present, and they are asking for a lot more information than usual, so make sure your finance is up to date before exchanging a contract.

PK's Property Market Predictions

I am very positive on the property market at present and believe that up until Christmas and for the duration of 2021, capital gains will be strong.

The only caveat I put in place here is if huge volumes of stock come on to the market, and I am hearing from agents that this is not going to be the case.
