PK Property Team Purchases Nearly $70 Million Dollars Worth Of Property in 6 Weeks
Well, the PK Property Buyer's Agents team has been super busy the last 6 weeks. I want to give a big shout out to our Sutherland Shire and Inner West Senior Buyer's agent, Joel Hollis, for breaking records on a super high end off-market apartment he bought for his client, within 4 days of getting the brief.
At present, it seems like people are not affected by interest rates, in other words buying places for cash and without a mortgage. Buyers are being very picky at present, but if they want it they will go hard to buy it.
Talking about interest rates, with inflation rising to 4 percent in June, the highest since January this year, interest rates are not coming down any sooner.
Please understand everyone, when Jim Chalmers did the budget this year, he specifically said by December 2024 inflation will come down into the 2-3 Percent range. He didn't mention anything about interest rates coming down because he knows they won't, and this government needs something to come down before the May federal election 2025.

Well, it is July and it's school holidays. Real estate agents are presently bathing themselves on European cobblestone beaches, and yes buyers have gone missing to Bali and Fiji, so a funny sort of month on the real estate side.
