Domain last released its House Price Report – December Quarter 2018 week, showing that House prices in many Sydney suburbs have been bucking the 'so called' trend the media is reporting of doom and gloom. The top ten are highlighted below:
As you can see, Cremorne on Sydney's Lower North Shore had a growth rate of 11.1% year on year for house sales, along with Mosman at 5.2%. There was also strong pricing growth for houses on the Northern Beaches in Fairlight which reported 5.8% price growth, and Avalon Beach at 4.1%. The Eastern Suburbs also had three suburbs with growth between 8.2% - 10.2%, whilst the southern suburbs of Camden and Blakehurst also performed very strongly.
