It's been a great 2 weeks for buying property as I have personally purchased around $20 million dollars worth Ranging from waterfronts in Cremorne, terraces and houses in Annandale, top end apartment in Highgate in city of Sydney, some units in Lower North Shore and Eastern Suburbs and much much more.
The market seems to be tapering off now for the Christmas break but we are still buying them left right and centre due to vendors and agents being motivated and realistic in what they will do a deal for.
Investors are really coming back into the market as rents soar so if you do want to get a bargain now is the time to be buying.
