PK Team Buys Over $35 Million Worth of Property for Their Clients in February
February 2021 was a pretty busy month for the PK Property Buyers Agents Team. We purchased 11 properties for our clients with a total value of more than $35 Million.
At present, money is cheap and easy to get, and as of today, even easier. Stock is low, and the buyer's appetite is ferocious. This potent mix is fuelling a property boom that I believe will continue for some time yet.
There is no doubt that we have bounced out of Covid in a big way, and because we can't travel overseas (and at the best of times not even interstate), people are really treating their home as a safe haven and a sanctuary. Many people have brought their plans forward to upsize, downsize, renovate, or move states altogether.
The only exception to this craziness is certain apartments which seem to be just warm not hot, and even cold in some areas.
The only way this market is going to cool a little is if the media start to talk boom and bust, or if heaps of stock comes on to satisfy and cool buyer demand.
Buying before auction is my preferred method at present, but this is not for every property and the real trick at present is working out what the property will really sell for. Lucky enough, I have been doing this for 24 years now and I have been in the good, bad and the ugly times and yes, this is not my first rodeo. PK'S Sydney property market predictions
I am very positive with the property market at present, and believe that up until Christmas 2021, gains will be strong.
The only caveats I put in place here is if huge volumes of stock come on to the market (and I am hearing from agents that this is not going to be the case), and the media start putting fear into buyers in regards to boom, bust theories.
