You've found your ideal property but need us to Evaluate & Negotiate on your behalf

  • This service also requires you to do the property search and offers everything outlined in Option 2 but only allows for negotiations on one property purchase only, and can be upgraded to Option 2, Option 1 or Mixed Option 1 & 2 at any time without forfeiting your upfront registration fee.
  • Upon paying an upfront registration fee, both parties sign a standard purchasing agency agreement endorsed by the Real Estate Institute of NSW. This agreement runs for the duration of the one property negotiation only.
  • Once you have delivered to us your dream home or investment property, we will determine its true market value through extensive data analysis of recent local sales, and other relative information to ensure you are making a sound purchase.
  • We can also assist in the coordination of solicitors, pest & building inspectors, property managers, valuers, PK Property Finance, PK Property Sales Advisory and many more industry related referrals should you require them. Please note: All external consultancy fees are at the client's expense.
  • We will then proceed to counter misinformation, overpricing and emotional impulse buying to negotiate the lowest possible purchase price on your behalf.
  • After exchange of contracts we will make sure everything is attended to in a professional and efficient manner through to the day of settlement.
  • Please note: The balance of fees are to be paid to PK Property within 7 days after exchange of contracts. See FAQ's for payment details.
