Now a quick update on the market in regards to what's happening out there

I truly believe at the moment that the froth has come off the coffee and now we are just looking at the coffee. There is no doubt that winter is always a slow market in general, and that's what we are seeing in certain parts of Sydney as per the graph below, but please understand this jumps around week to week and remember we have just finished school holidays, so things will get back to normal over the coming month.

PK'S Sydney Property Market Predictions

I think there is going to be a real Spring to Spring this year as I am already hearing from buyers when they call into my office that they think it's the right time to buy now. I think unless there is a heap of stock coming on which I doubt it, I am predicting that there will be more of a competitive force out there in Spring either pushing the prices up or stopping them from falling any further.

PK'S Hot Property Tips

The amount of money I am saving clients at present is the most I have saved them in 4 years - it's quite incredible. So just be patient when you are negotiating at present and don't let the agents put too much pressure on you, and you will be surprised with the end result.
